Flow microreactors

In flow synthesis, which has received considerable recent attention, we provide assistance for the development of continuous processes using a microreactor and a multi-stage continuously stirred tank reactor (multi-stage CSTR).

We provide assistance for flash chemistry (ultrafast reactions), avoidance of ultralow temperature, high-temperature reactions, high-pressure, heterogeneous, and vapor–liquid, solid–liquid, and vapor–solid–liquid reactions that are effective for precision reaction control, utilization of unstable intermediates, safety improvement, and one-pot synthesis. We can handle slurry that is difficult to handle by continuous processes and crystallization.

Microreactor reaction

Avoidance of ultralow temperature reactions

First stage: τ = 0.5 s; second stage: τ = 2 s
Reactions requiring ultralow temperatures are conducted in batches at room temperature
First stage: τ = 5 s; second stage τ = 10 s
Reactions requiring ultralow temperatures are conducted in batches at 20℃

One-pot processing is employed for reactions that pas through hazardous intermediates
