Flame-resistant materials
By combining various chemical materials, we provide support for the development of flame-retardant materials.
We develop and commercialize flame-retardant sheets and heat-resistant ducts in collaboration with the manufacturing companies of these products. We develop and improve the flame-retardant materials necessary for the safety and protection of workers and equipment in environments, where sputtering occurs, as well as protective coatings for materials exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time.
We achieve flame-retardant properties using a retardant paint developed by combining inorganic substances with a silicone resin-based coating. We also develop a flame-retardant insulator by combining flame-retardant materials.
By applying our accumulated experience with respect to the flame-retardant technologies, we can help to improve the flame-retardant properties and develop non-flammable materials. For paints, we can assist you with color tones.
Because our synthesis technology takes a completely different approach, our chemical synthesis techniques support the synthesis and development of novel flame-retardant agents.

Sputter sheet
Welding sputter curing sheets have been developed via a collaborative effort. This is produced by coating acrylic flame-resistant fiber with the flame-retardant silicone-based paint.
[JIS A-1323A accredited certification]

Dymomach®
Heat-resistant, flame-retardant flexible sheet developed in collaboration with Topy Enterprises, Ltd. This is produced by coating silica clothes, glass clothes, etc. with flame-retardant flexible silicone paint (Dymomach).
