We have been making contract synthesis of organic EL materials that have attracted the attention as the potential next-generation display materials due to their excellent, visual confirmation, responsiveness, electricity-saving feature, etc. We have already synthesized the compounds broadly ranging from ammine materials such as metal complex represented by Alq3, TPD, NPD, etc., to phosphorescence materials like Ir (ppy) 3. Even for a compound whose synthesis route is unknown, if its structure is disclosed to us, we are able to offer a suggestion of a synthesis route, by effectively using information retrieval soft-wares such as Cross Fire Commander (ELSEVIER), SciFinder (JAICI), etc., allowing us to retrieve any past synthesis result of similar compounds. Also, in case that there are many uncertain factors in the synthesis route, we can accept the customer's request to permit us to study the problem for a certain period of time.
It is also possible for us to deliver to the customer the synthesized compounds after the process of sublimation by employing our original equipment. In addition, it is acceptable for us to execute only the processes of sublimation and purification (feasible up to the scale of 1g〜kg).
Moreover, it is possible for us to make a smooth shift to the kg scale production in collaboration with our 100% invested company called NARD Chemicals, Ltd.
