A body consisting of individuals endowed with both unique technology and global viewpoint is called our "research group". These "groups" are organically united, forming a corporate organization called NARD Institute. At the same time, the nucleus in such original group of NARD Institute is made up by each individual researcher. The principle of performing a given job by a few, selected researchers in order to draw-out their individual capabilities to the maximum, the voluntary management system respecting each member of the research group and the flexible organizational system allowing a broader collaboration or re-acceptance of the contract research to be shared among the groups, depending on the contents of the task, - these have been firmly established.

Under such original system seeking research efficiency, the capabilities and motivation of all of our researchers can reach to the highest level, resulting in significant research outputs.
